Rentals and Private Events

General Information

Guests have the option to book a Rental or Private event at any of our three venues: Trio Prime Restaurant, The Living Room, and Zaza Rooftop Sky Lounge. Venue choice will depend upon the ambiance and tone of your event. Rentals and Private Events are perfect for clients looking to organize and host their guests while providing food and drink options to ensure a great experience.

Trio Prime Restaurant and The Living Room both provide a relaxing, elegant setting perfect for intimate gatherings, birthday dinners, and business meetings. Zaza Rooftop Sky Lounge provides a lively, energetic environment paired with a live DJ, cabana and pillow top sections, and bottle service.

Note: All Rentals and Private Events require a spending minimum based upon the number of guests. Spending minimum includes rental space, Catering Starter Food Package, Sounds, and Clean up. All prices are subject to tax and gratuity. 

 

Rentals

Rentals are considered for parties with a minimum of 25 guests for Trio Prime Restaurant and Zaza Rooftop Sky Lounge. Rentals are perfect for parties that do not meet the minimum guest count for private events; however require more space than our standard bookings. All prices are based on the number of guests booked for.  

 

Private Events

Trio Prime Restaurant and Zaza Rooftop Sky Lounge:

Private events require a minimum of 100 guests .

The Living Room Lounge:

Private events for our Living Room Lounge located on the first floor holds a maximum of 50 guests. Private events require a minimum  of 30 guests for this venue. All prices are based on the number of guests booked for.
